The Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP) is not a UK-specific term, but rather a US initiative. It refers to a program established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the United States. This program requires large direct emitters of greenhouse gases, as well as suppliers of certain fossil fuels and industrial gases, to annually report their emissions data and other relevant information. This data is then used to better understand where greenhouse gases are coming from and to develop appropriate policies and regulations to reduce emissions.
